• Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment (Prepaid model).
• Once placed, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, due to the nature of customization.
• In case of non-availability of selected design, you will be notified and may choose an alternate design or request a store credit.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines: 5–10 business days for dispatch, and 3–7 business days for delivery post-dispatch.
• GRAFFIQ is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Free or paid shipping will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Returns & Replacement

• No returns or refunds for custom embroidered products.
• In case of manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong size, damaged on arrival), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing videos.
• Once approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only in cases of irreparable product damage.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, taglines, and product names are the exclusive IP of GRAFFIQ.
• You may not use, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

7. User Content & Custom Designs

• If you submit custom artwork or names for embroidery, you agree that:
  • You own the rights to such content.
  • GRAFFIQ is not liable for copyright infringement arising from customer-provided content.
  • We may retain images for promotional or portfolio use unless explicitly opted out in writing.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed as per our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011.

9. Limitation of Liability

• GRAFFIQ will not be liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Any loss arising due to misuse or unauthorized access.
  • Delays caused by third-party logistic partners.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, or a mutually agreed arbitration centre.
